At Aurum Clothing, every piece is crafted on demand exclusively for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or style selections

  • Change of mind

  • General dissatisfaction

We’ll Make It Right If…

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or item), we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund—on us.

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@aurum.com.pk with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photographs illustrating the issue

  2. Once we verify the problem, choose between:

    • A replacement of the correct item (no extra charge)

    • A full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to process returns or refunds for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Any unauthorized return shipment will be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.

In compliance with EU consumer protection regulations, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt if:

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
